The gîte is located next to the owner’s house in Meursault. There are two floors with a total surface of 45m².
Tis 4 person gîte with all modern conveniences is listed as « 2 épis » by the « Gîte de France ».

Living room with a kitchenette (hotplates, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and all the crockery and kitchen ustensils). Full sized sofa bed.

A nicely equipped bedroom with a double bed.
A shower with a toilet.

Prices for a week :
Peak season : 320euros
Off season : 240 euros
Between peak and off season : 280 euros.
You can also rent for a weekend ( Friday evening + Saturday evening) : 180 euros Or for a mid-week (Monday evening + Tuesday evening + Wednesday evening + Thursday evening) : 180 euros, only in off season.
These prices include : water, gas, electricity, heating and sheets
Housework at the end of your stay : 40 €
Tourist tax : 0.90 €/ day / pers
